Is it one of those days where you run out of load and there’s no store in sight? Or you forgot your MPIN and need to cash-out from your Gcash? Worry no more. The power is at the tip of your fingers. When everything is online, from watching, shopping, to even paying your bills, nothing can get more convenient.

Gcash has made huge differences in how we do things in our daily lives. However, we do have to admit that inquiries or issues can arise from time to time but we don’t have the luxury to queue up to have it fixed. This is when Gcash customer service jumps in.

Like other companies, these channels are only available during business hours that is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MLA Time. Gcash customer support is NOT available 24/7, during weekends and holidays.

The Gcash customer service is the friendly assistant to handle various inquiries or concerns you may encounter in using the application. They cover everything that you can see in the Gcash help center and even complicated concerns.

The Gcash help center houses information that is helpful for anyone. It allows customers to troubleshoot or answer basic queries such as:

  • MPIN – reset or recovery
  • Account Recovery
  • Cash-in options

However, if you can’t find the answer you are looking for, contact Gcash customer service.

Here are the various ways to reach the customer support service.

Live chat via the GCash app

The best way to settle anything is always to chat with a live person. Live Chat provides an opportunity for customers to speak or chat with a Gcash representative to get real-time feedback or answers. Highly recommended as your issues are resolved the quickest time possible. Take note, however, that you may have to wait in the queue to be assisted especially during peak hours.

To access live chat via the GCash app, go to the Help Center option, then click on the bubble icon at the lower-left corner of your screen. You will be asked for the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Email address
  • GCash-registered Phone Number
  • Message or details of concern

Fill in all the details asked and wait for a live chat representative to assist you.

Submit a ticket

If waiting in line doesn’t work for you, submitting a ticket is another option to raise your concern. To submit a ticket, go to the GCash Help Center website or app, you will see the submit ticket option at the upper right corner of your screen. You will receive a response through your email, make sure that you have a valid email address handy. Other than your email address, the following information will be asked from you:

You will receive an automated reply from Gcash together with the ticket number. Depending on the availability of representatives, you may receive an actual response within 1-2 business days.

If you’d rather speak to a representative, dial 2882 (GCash Hotline number) from your phone for call support. Same with Live Chat, you have to stay on the line until a customer service representative is available to answer your call.

Sending an email to GCash Customer Support

To reach Gcash Customer Support via email, all you have to do is send an email to support@gcash.com. And to avoid further delay in the response, make sure to attach the following information:

  • Gcash registered full name
  • Gcash registered mobile number
  • Email address
  • Details of concern
  • Screenshot or documents, if any

You may receive an actual response within 1-2 business days.

GCash Facebook, Twitter, Instagram

Gcash has social media accounts where you can send your inquiry to.

For Instagram and Twitter, follow and DM @gcashofficial.

A word of caution, though, not to believe a representative posing as a Gcash customer service representative via Facebook to avoid being scammed. Gcash has long deactivated the customer support on Facebook, in their effort to divert customers to contact them via live chat, email, or sending a ticket. However, if you do choose this option, you will be speaking with an automated bot to answer any basic inquiry that you have. Thus, you can still contact them through their social media accounts, but not recommended.
