Step by Step Guide via the app:
Step 1. Log in to your Gcash account using MPIN or your Biometrics.
Step 2. On the dashboard, Tap BUY LOAD.
Step 3. Choose the provider (TM, Globe, Smart, etc) and type the mobile number and click Next.
Step 4. Click Yes,proceed.
Step 5. Select the top-up amount or prepaid package you wish to avail and click Buy Now.
Step 5. On the next page, you will see the payment page. Tap on Pay.
Step 7. You will receive text messages from your network provider and Gcash confirming that the transaction was successful.
Via USSD (*143# )
Option is only available for Globe and Touch Mobile subscribers.
Step 1. From your phone, dial *143#.
Step 2. Key in 7 on the blank for Gcash, select send.
Step 3. Key in 7 on the blank for Buy Load, select send.
Step 4. Select the number of the corresponding network you want to top-up

Tap Next.
Step 4. Choose the type of load you want to top up, click on Send.

FAQ
Is the Gcash load rebate still available?
No. The load rebate has been discontinued after December 2020.
How can I buy load using Gcredit?
In buying load using Gcredit, follow the purchase load instruction via app until Step 4.
Step 5. On the next page, you will see the payment page. Under PAY WITH, select GCREDIT. It will reflect your remaining Gcredit balance to ensure you have enough funds. Tap on Pay <amount of load> amount.
Step 6. You will be directed to the confirmation page of payment with a reference number. Tap on Done on the upper right corner of the page.
Step 7. You will receive text messages from your network provider and Gcash confirming that the transaction was successful.
Can I borrow load from Gcash?
Yes, you can. Gcash allows its subscribers to borrow load and pay them later. Here’s how:
Step 1. Choose the Buy Load icon on the dashboard.
Step 2. Hover on the tabs and select Borrow Load.
Step 3. Select from the available load packages and denominations.
Step 4. Verify your details, tap on confirm.
Step 5. Wait for a confirmation text message.
The amount you loan for prepaid load will be automatically deducted from your Gcash wallet.
What should I do if I have not received my prepaid credit?
On an average, prepaid load reflects right away. Otherwise, allow a five (5) minute leeway for the top up amount to reflect on your account.
In the interim, you can perform the following steps to check your purchase:
- Ensure you have a network signal on your phone. Otherwise, try to restart your phone.
- Check if the amount has been deducted from your Gcash balance.
- Look for the confirmation text message from Gcash in your inbox.
- Verify that you entered the correct mobile number.
- Check if the intended recipient received a text message from their provider.
