What are the probable reasons why I can’t cash out?
Foremost, check if you’re account is fully verified to avail of this service. Once that is confirmed, ensure that you have enough funds to cover what you are trying to withdraw.
For ATM Withdrawal
Ensure that the ATM is Mastercard or BancNet affiliated. Check the list provided above before attempting to withdraw funds using your Mastercard. In addition, check if you have already exceeded the withdrawal limit.
For Over-The-Counter
As you are dealing with a partner outlet, it can be possible that the outlet doesn’t have enough funds to cover your withdrawal. Also, the only one who can cash out is the owner of the account and has the necessary documentation available such as a valid ID.
