How to Load Cignal Using Gcash

Nothing is more frustrating than being cut off in the middle of your favorite show. Fortunately, you do not need to wait in line to make a payment.

Cignal and Gcash have made it possible to reload on the go and pay only for what you want and when you want it.

Load Cignal Using Gcash

Follow these simple ways to load Cignal using Gcash in very easy steps.

• Cignal can be loaded using Gcash via View All
• Cignal can be loaded into Gcash using Bills
• Load via SMS

Cignal can be loaded using Gcash via View All

Step 1. Go to your Gcash app. Click on View All.

Ensure that you have enough credits to purchase your desired load.

Step 2. Under Pay, hit the Non-Telco Load icon.

Step 3. Enter your mobile number, where the PIN and serial number will be sent.

Step 4. Hover over the PAYTV tab.

Step 5. Select the Cignal TV prepaid package you wish. Select Next.

Step 6. Verify the details you entered. Select Pay to complete the transaction.

Step 7. After which, you will see the confirmation page. 

Step 8. Wait for the confirmation SMS, which will contain the Cignal E-Pin and serial number.

Step 9. Take note of the pin and top up via SMS and the Cignal Web Loading Tool.

Cignal can be loaded into Gcash using Bills

Bills are another simple way to load Cignal with GCash. 

Step 1: Log in to your Gcash account using your MPIN or your biometrics.

Step 2. On the dashboard, tap BILLS.

Step 3. On the next page under PAY BILLS, select CABLE/INTERNET.

Step 4. Type CIGNAL and choose the CIGNAL icon.

Step 5. Key in the following information on the next page:

• The amount.
• The 10-digit account number
• Account Name
• Add your e-mail address (optional)
• Tick on the box that says, “Yes! I agree to pay XX and Ginsure Bill Protect. Then tap Next.

Step 8. Verify all the details you entered and click on CONFIRM.

Step 9. You will be directed to the confirmation page when the transaction is successful.

Load via SMS

Another simple way is via SMS (for Smart, TNT, and Sun subscribers).

Text CIGNAL<space>(PIN) to 5353.

But if it’s your first time topping up your account, you first have to text CIGNAL<space>REG<space> (Cignal Account Number) to 5353.

Remember, you only have to register your Cignal account once and text the e-PIN on your next reload.

Note: P1 is charged per text.

Load Via Cignal Web Loading Tool

This tool allows subscribers to reload via self-service, regardless of the network subscribers you are with.

Step 1: Go to the Cignal Web Loading Tool. On the first box, enter your prepaid account number.

Step 2: Key in the E-pin sent to the registered mobile number.

Step 3: Enter the text from the image.

Step 4: Tap on Submit. Wait for the confirmation page to pop out.

Here are a few reminders whenever you purchase Cignal e-pins:

• You can purchase Cignal e-pins for yourself or someone else.
• The pins are for Cignal accounts only.
• All E-pins are considered sold and may not be refunded or converted to cash.
• For pay-per-View packages, the keywords will be announced per event.

FAQ

Where can you find the Cignal account number?

The Cignal Account Number (CCA) is located at the bottom of the Cignal Set-top Box. But if the box came with a smart card, the CCA number can be seen on the back of the card. Gently pull the smart card out and check the information on the back of the card.

Once you have the SMART Card number or CCA number, follow these instructions:

Text CIGNAL SC <12-digit Smart Card number or CCA number> to 5353.

Wait for the confirmation SMS on your mobile number.

Is there a service charge for loading CIGNAL using Gcash?

None.

What should I do if my reload was not successful?

If, in any case, you see that the amount has been deducted from your Gcash balance but you have failed to reload your Cignal account, please contact Cignal Care.
