Earn through Gsave
Never thought you can earn while saving right? But with Gcash it is possible. Gcash tied up with CIMB Bank to make it possible for Gcash subscribers to save money.
Unlike other financial institutions, Gsave provides a higher interest rate of 3.1% per annum (effective March 1, 2021). So, a Php 10,000 deposit can earn you Php 310 interest at the end of the year.
How to set up Gsave
- Choose Save money (piggybank icon) on the Dashboard.
- Tap on Open a Savings Account.
- On the My Savings Account tab, click on deposit to make your first deposit.
- You can also schedule Auto-deposit weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. The amount you set will be automatically deducted from your Gcash balance without having to do anything else.
Earn through Gcash invest
Gcash invest allows you to invest in the stock market for as little as Php 50. So, if you have been wanting to invest in stocks but are too hesitant to start one, then Gcash invest is the one for you.
Unlike banks with a minimum investment of Php 10,000, you can invest as low as Php 50 to make the ball rolling. On top of this, no commission and sales fee will be charged. You can also deposit and withdraw your investment anytime.

- Tap Invest Money on Dashboard.
- Register and take the Risk Profile Questionnaire.
- Upon approval, subscribe to an investment fund.
- Put money in the investment.
- Monitor your investments and redeem or withdraw whenever you want.
